Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar, also known as 'The Ultimate Asana', strengthens your back as well as your muscles and brings down blood sugar levels. It also improves metabolism and blood circulation (hence, a glowing skin). There are many variations of Surya Namaskaras each with its own belief and benefits. The Sivananda style of Surya Namaskara is a popular variation that consists of a graceful sequence of twelve positions performed as one continuous exercise.

TIGHT HIP FLEXORS & HAMSTRING

The posterior chain (muscles along the back of your body) is vital in all aspects of athletic performance. Strong and flexible hamstrings can improve running efficiency, agility, and power. Tight hamstrings reduce the mobility of your pelvis, which in turn increases strain and pressure on your lower back. Your hamstrings are an essential part of your knees, pelvis, and spine health. Do this yoga sequences for tight hip flexors and hamstring.
